Yesterday at sunset when I came to the St Andrews State Park, I was able to walk on the beach over to the jetty, but this morning, the parking lot by the jetty was blocked off. So I parked by the pier and walked down to the jetty. The beach is blocked off down there due to the dredging of the pass and restoration of the beach.
