Please review the information at this website which explains why a proposed path along West Beach Drive is a bad idea. Over 200 trees will be cut down and this historic area will be damaged and never be the same.

What do you make of this 15K sqft 'home' in pc listed for $1.5M which has a 16 car garage & odd rooms? Ck out the photos. Built in 2007 by owner Mary Eubank who passed in 2019 and now owned by daughter Patricia Nolen... been on the market with various prices since Ms Eubank died.
